KICKSTART is a 7-week fitness program designed to get you into shape quickly and safely.
If you haven’t heard KICKSTART before, there format is simple: 7 exercises that are repeated 7 times/rounds in 7 days a week for 7 weeks, which can be done in the comfort of your own home.
The program combines bodyweight exercises, challenging your strength and endurance while helping you to build lean muscle. The program includes exercises such as burpees, mountain climbers, jump squats, and more. Each exercise is designed to target a different muscle group and can be modified to fit your fitness level, it is also designed to be easy to follow and can be done at your own pace.
What’s special about KICKSTART? It’s the “anytime, anywhere” style of training. These session are short (20 – 25 min) with a combination of bodyweight and strength training. Equipment? A set of dumbbells and resistance bends.
