Challenge everything with FITNESS FUSION, the program that combines elements of cardio, strength and flexibility training to create an overall balanced workout.
The program focuses on improving overall fitness and performance, while helping participants to develop strength, agility, balance, and endurance. Sessions may include bodyweight exercises, core work, and dynamic stretching.
The emphasis is on proper form to ensure that participants get the most out of each exercise. Workouts are designed to challenge participants’ strength and cardiovascular conditioning.

How does FITNESS FUSION work?
FITNESS FUSION workout program combines traditional and modern fitness techniques, offering a comprehensive approach to fitness that can be tailored to each individual’s needs. But what you’re getting yourself into:
- Chose the training level that is right for you: Beginner, Intermediate or Advance
- 3 to 5 workout per week. 4 weeks for Beginner, 6 weeks for Intermediate and 8 weeks for Advanced
- A boost of 45 minute, low equipment workouts
How stay engage for every level?
What equipment do you need for training?
We recommended using two sets of dumbbells: one lighter pair and one heavier pair
- Lighter weights: used for dynamic and plyometric moves as well as isolation exercices
- Heavier weights: to challenge your muscles on more static exercises
If you are a beginner, it’s okay to train without weights (or stick with lighter weights) until you have nailed the technique.
