How does BURST work?
As we introduce previously, this fitness program is designed to help you with your endurance, enabling you to reach your fitness goals in a timely manner. But what you’re getting yourself into:
- Chose the training level that is right for you: Beginner, Intermediate or Advance
- 3 to 5 workout per week. 4 weeks for Beginner, 6 weeks for Intermediate and 8 weeks for Advanced
- No equipment needed
What type of training will you do?
Circuit exercises are designed to raise your heart rate and increase your metabolism, while strength training exercises focus on building lean muscle.
- 30 – 35 minutes workout, plus quick warm ups and cool downs
- A unique mix of exercise style (circuit, bodyweight, dynamic streching and more else)
