BURN is a no-equipment fitness program focused on helping you reach your fitness goals without the need for expensive equipment, utilising exercises that target different muscle groups.
How does BURN work?
The program is based on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and combines bodyweight exercises with cardio intervals to maximize your calorie-burning potential. BURN is designed to challenge your endurance and it allows you to get the maximum benefit from your workout in a short period of time. HIIT workouts consist of short, intense bursts of exercise that are designed to raise your heart rate and increase your metabolism. This type of workout is an effective way to burn calories quickly and efficiently.
What you’re getting yourself into?
Because HIIT workouts are intense, they help to increase your overall strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health. You can also:
- Chose the training level that is right for you: Beginner, Intermediate or Advance
- 3 to 5 workout per week; 4 weeks for Beginner, 6 weeks for Intermediate and 8 weeks for Advanced
- No equipment needed
